If anybody would like to take a crack at a top level hierarchy for this let me know.  Otherwise I will post one and put it out for discussion.  This is where a information science professional would be very helpful.

I am currently exploring server hosting and software alternatives.  I would like to make it possible for people to publish in the tool of their choice and route it to the centralized hub.  This would make it easy for experts to join.
